Jest Quest Apparel – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
- Processing time: All in-stock items are made-to-order and leave our facility within 4 business days after your payment has cleared.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- You will receive a shipment-confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is handed off to the carrier.
2. Shipping Window & Delivery Estimates
- We currently ship only within the United States (including APO/FPO and U.S. territories).
- Once your parcel is in transit, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
- Typical carrier estimates are 3–5 business days, but we quote a 7-day window to account for weather, peak-season congestion, or other carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Carriers & Services
- Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground. The carrier is selected automatically based on weight, destination, and speed.
- All shipments include tracking. You can monitor progress through the link provided in your confirmation email.
4. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on cart weight and destination ZIP code.
- We occasionally run free-shipping promotions; when active, the discount will apply automatically at checkout.
5. Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Jest Quest Apparel is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
- If you notice an error, contact us at hello@jestquestapparel.com within 12 hours of ordering; we’ll do our best to intercept the shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
- A package is considered lost if it shows no carrier movement for 7 consecutive business days after the last scan.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- After completing these steps, email us at hello@jestquestapparel.com. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns ship back to our U.S. facility; customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

8. Service Limitations
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Expedited, overnight, or weekend-delivery options are not currently offered.
- Holidays or severe weather may extend delivery times.
